MARKETING IN PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT

The contribution discusses the problems of maintaining passengers in public passenger transport. The first part is devoted to politics of structuring of travel documents. The contribution describes the benefits of time tickets for the carrier and for the passenger. A further possibilities of obtaining customers are discribed in the remaining part of the contribution.
