The paper aims to complete development, improve quality and quantity of industrial research and experimental development to delivery to the consumer domestic and foreign market an entirely new type of transport device based on the basis of increasing the pressure of the transported material to the surface of the bearing and the towing element - conveyor belt - using cover belt. Transportation equipment significantly increase environmental protection due to avoidance of dust due to closure of the material between the two rubber belts, as well as disabling touch of mineral resources with the environment during material flow.
