Abstract

The aim of the article is to present the results of the level of transport serviceability modelling, testing and prediction in the partial or complete loss of functionality important element of road infrastructure. Article contains a clarification of the traffic modelling basic preconditions at restrictive conditions on the transport infrastructure, a general description of the purpose, objectives and results of the case study, interpretation of results and the vote of the general conclusions and recommendations.
